Ecas access struggle .. any help

Hi all

its been a month now and still no ecas access (also medicals still not not needed at this time). i know that some people took them longer to have access but also some people took them shorter. Therefore , could you guys plz just guide me through the steps.

Now , i chose Identification type as Application number/case number . Has anyone used UCI instead??
Also when filling the identification number when using application number/case number , do you guys use "capital E " or small e??
Also if anyone used UCI , did you fill it in this format 00000000 or this 0000-0000

I have also heard that some people used different orders when filling their last names . some shortened their last names etc,, any feedback on this as well would be very much appreciated.

I am on my 2nd application and both time..ecas was accessible within 2 days from the day of app submission..there must be smething wrong u can send a cse and ask why is this happening with your application??

Are you inland or outland? fsw?
also could you please tell me how you access your ecas . with uci or with application number . do you use capital letters for last name and for the application number??

Some of us waited a month to get ECAS access. I submitted my app two weeks ago, and still no access.
