I did study on HND at BIMS (Bangladesh Institute of Management Studies)and it was two years of Higher National Diploma in accounting. Then I have directly topped up on the third year of Heriot-Watt University, UK in the bachelor of business administration program.
BIMS was the affiliate approved learning partner of Edexcel/Pearson for my HND & as well as of Heriot Watt University for my BBA program. Thats why I sent my sealed envelope to WES from BIMS which is situated in my home country.
Now WES replied me that my transcripts are not sent by the certificate issuing institution!
I completed my studies in my home country, where my certificate & transcripts were issued from abroad universities. Then how can I send my transcripts & certificates in sealed envelope from those abroad universities directly to WES ?
