ECA , WES related question

I am planning to get my ECA done by WES . I have below query .
I have started my bachelors degree in 2008 . I completed few courses and then i left university. I re-admitted in same university in 2010 with some courses exempted and completed my bachelors in 2013 .
Now my question is what do i put in DEGREE START DATE in WES application form . As per my university now my degree start date is 2010 ,but if i put this date they might evaluate my degree for 3 years program whereas my degree length is 4 years . In WES application it says "All years attended" in start date ,but due to re-admission 2008 year is not properly mentioned on my transcript .Just on reg number 2008 year is mentioned which is difficult to see .Does it really matter ? I am planning to enter 2010 -2013 . Please guide .

I guess you will have to enter 2008-2013. Cos if you enter 2010 then it might be considered as incomplete profile since u were given exemption in some subjects which u completed earlier.

You can raise a query to WES to know what the start dates should be.
Did you have any documents that showed you left after 2008 (admission cancelled) and starting again?
3 or 4 years can be considered as complete program for Bachelor's. Just go ahead raise a query to WES.

It is a complete re-admission . No documents for old reg number . Just transcript showing exempted courses . How to raise query to WES? Can you please guide ? Thanks .

If it's a readmission your start date is 2010 not 2008.

Need urgent help. Submitted an application to IQAS in september 2019 & also sent attested documents for ECA. I have been confirmed by my courier service that documents have successfully reached their office but still, till date no response from IQAS. Is it any chance they`ve misplaced my documents? I have inquired them several times but no response. Should I need to resend my documents after attesting again or by any chance I could mail them softcopy of attested documents?

Not really aware of IQAS process.
Are they waiting for any confirmation from the University?
