ECA for express entry , is it necessary to do all the degrees or just the highest degree would be sufficient?

Better to send everything...

But also the hight degree would be sufficient

Don't send everything.. They may contact your universities for all the degrees you mail them..

Check their website.. Send only the ones they require.. or call them.. and you could consider other options too.. My ECA took 3 months by WES.. I know of others on this forum who had similar ECA timeline with WES..

Thank you so much, will start with highest degree. I have another question, how about other designated organisations like, they are a bit cheaper than WES, and there is a specific timeline given too. Has anyone tried them?

I don't know for sure but I think the difference is about 10-20 CAD.. I think you'll find one person on this forum for every ECA organization.. You'll have to search the forum for timelines
