Not just copies from your end but also transcripts from your universities in a sealed envelope. Transcripts are nothing but copies of your degree and your mark sheets where the University put its seal and the authorized person puts his signature and all this is put into a sealed envelope.

After that, apply online on WES site, get your reference number, get your transcripts in order, get them shipped out to WES Canada and you're all set to receive your ECA in a matter of 4-6 weeks.

As soon as you or your university couriered the documents to WES - it takes average 20 days while yesterday only I was reading in the forum itself, that a person gets his education assessed within eight days (June 10th to June 18th; seems WES don't have much workload these days).
Second thing, the WES fees is $200 plus taxes (which are $32.something) plus delivery charges ($7 for regular - takes 20 to 40 days and $85 for express - takes 4 to 5 days). In short - $240 for regular delivery and $323 for express delivery.
