ECA of post graduation courses

i have a question, do WES count as a diploma a post graduation courses? i have made various courses of 4 and 6 months, after finish every courses i have received a diploma. i want to be under teh section "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" and i want to know if theses deploma count. some of these courses are:

- 6 months CCNA training
- 4 months CCND training
- 4 months Project manager course

I would like answers to this question as well.. Anyone able to tell if they selected Two or more certificates with a Bachelors and a 6 month course??

CIC used to say explicitly that your second credential had to be at least 1 year.
That wording is no longer used, but I've not heard of anyone successfully applying with "Two or more degrees" in this situation.

Moreover your qualifications are not academic in nature but professional.

I know it is debatable but for CIC it is not.
