I called university of Toronto and they stated that CES don't answer calls, the only way to contact them is via mail it seems. If you could give the number he called for enquiring it would be helpful for me to contact them.

Hi, can I ask you a question, if you can tell me how long does it take to get AOR1. I mean I posted my application march 3. I did not know if my application been received or not yet. how long does it take to get this information. please reply.
It took them 6 weeks to complete the first step. The second step was confirmed only on Jan 8th i.e. 4 months after my submission. Hopefully the process will be a bit faster in your case as they have picked up the pace.

After 5 Months, CES have acknowledged my documents received.
On my application portal, I'm not able to see the application status. Anyone facing the same issue?

CES has come out with an update on their website regarding change in their notification system. Basically now you will be only notified by email and you won't be able to check the completed steps like before.
On the other hand, looking at your ECA timeline, you can expect your completed report in around 2 months time.
So after long wait of 7 Months since submitted application I got good news few days ago.

ECA Completed on - 27 March 2021
I am yet to get final mail from them about the evaluation. I don't know what degree they have given to me. I supposed to get it within 48 hours but it's been now more than 4 working days but no mail yet.
Hopefully next week I get mail from them.

SO I actually wasn't reading mail properly. I got the ECA report on 24th March before they sending me final mail on 27th March.
I am happy to see they have given me Master Equivalency. For other people who is wondering what was my education background. let me summarize here:
Degree - Master in Business Administration
Degree Year - 2 Years
College - Jaipur National University (External not regular)
Total time for ECA - 7 Months (I thing delayed due to corona)
Equivalency given from CES - Master in Business Administration
If anyone wants any information, please let me know. Best of luck guys.

Can you let me know what was the exact date they received your transcripts ? They received mine on 22nd September. I got an email that my application was at the assessment stage but no reply after that. This was one week ago. I was expecting it to be completed soon as generally everyone get their results within a day or two once the 4th and 5th stage is done.
