ECA Expired Report

my ECA report issed in 23 October 2013 which means expired as per IRCC (after 5 years). How should I renew my ECA for new 5 years? What is the process? Only the option available at WES my account is to order duplicate, is that means it will be renewes? Or what steps I should take. I need t to be ready for EE. thanks in advace.

They would give you a new report with a new 5 years validity. I assume the waiting time will be less but the same price as for evaluation. Confirm with them.
