ECA Courier Procedure

Hi fellas,

I have a small query. I have got the transcripts for both myself & my spouse.

I will be sending the transcripts as per procedure to WES.

Can I courier one big envelope with 2 small envelopes with mine & spouse's documents ? Or should I courier them separately.

Send them individually as each needs to have the corresponding reference number on the enveloppe. Pus each enveloppe has to be sealed and stamped from the university

YOU CAN'T when you create your accounts you and your wife will have different serial numbers. What's the difference? Plus like I said each enveloppe should be stamped and sealed by the university, so you want to send one envelope containing two envelopes?

I have done it without any issues - of course you will have 2 reference numbers. Make 2 separate envelopes for yourself and spouse - address them with the appropriate reference numbers and enclose them in 1 packet (you can mention both reference numbers on the main packet or none - I did the latter and things were fine). WES themselves suggested it - I have already got the ECA.

I also sent out one big envelope with my and my spouse's eca document envelopes. Mention individual reference no's on each envelope inside and both the reference no' of the outside envelope.
I got my ECA.
