Hi
I live in Montreal having PR status, a house wife, my husband works. I wanna call my mother here to canada. She is retired government servant, Pension Holder, Owns a house. Plz let me know what shall be the easiest and quickest way to call my mother?

I don't know too much about it, but I believe your mom would qualify for the new 'super-visa' for parents and grandparents.. Maybe someone could tell you more about it! goodluck!

CIC has stopped sponsoring parents/grand parents now and not sure when is will start again.
Instead of making your mom become PR, you can apply "super visa" for her..
