Earliest time to apply for study permit extension

a. As you should apply for study permit extension at least 30 days before your permit expires, what is the earliest days (at most days/months) I can apply for the extension?

b. Like can apply 6 months before it expires?

There is no official standard beyond the 30 days, but 90 days prior is the notional limit.

Would apply many months in advance because it takes a long time to get approval. You will have implied status in the meantime.

It was long for a white before Covid19 but they actually starting processing a lot faster for those that have biometrics done (probably becos they stopped study permits from outside Canada)

My study permit is gonna be expired in April and still I'm in india so can i apply for extension outside of canada
