E-Medical + Paper-based Form?

My husband just did a redo of his medical exam and he was told that it would be emailed (or electronically transmitted). When he did it the first time though he received a paper-based form too, which had his passport picture amended and we sent that in to the VO. Is it all done completely electronic now? How can we be sure that they actually sent it off?

You should ask where you undergone the test whether they do e-medical or paper based. As for me, they used e-medical but i asked them for the tracking sheet and sent it to the Pretoria VO.

After a bit more than a month after i sent the tracking sheet, i received PPR.

Thanks for the reply. Yes! That's what was missing this time - the "tracking sheet". We got it the first time but that panel physician no longer provides medicals (I suspect because of complaints - they wanted my husband to pay a bribe to get his medical) Anyways, new panel physician - I will ask him to go back and get the tracking sheet.
