Your notes are as at the date you have requested for them. If you have sent them after you have requested for the notes then it will not be included in same. Also, do note that this thread relates to family sponsorship and it is distinct from the program you have applied for.

I don't know what's causing the delay. Try sending them an email to know the whereabouts of the passport. You should have sent it through VFS Mauritius.

They will generally send you an email to say that you file is ready for visa issuance and they will send a form with instructions.
