E-copr Wait times more than 60 Days

Today is 11 weeks for me, no eCOPR. Never received a medical surveillance. I have no clue what’s going on.

My friend finally receive his ECOPR after 4 months. He never receive any medical surveillance.

Yesterday I received an email from medical surveillance team and they told me you did your job and we are not holding your COPR. From our side you have a green light.

It's been 12 weeks for me.
Submitted webform 3 times.
Reply to mails received at the time portal account creation around 5 times.
Called customer care 3 times.
But nothing changed no reply or communication from IRCC.
I feel like i m in depression situation.

I feel for you, and would suggest you to contact MP. It depends though, they may escalate your case, or at least they can reach out to your visa office which won't ever respond to you. They're there to help constituents including YOU, so make them work for you.

I received the portal credentials outside of Canada, and several weeks later I completed step 1 & 2 when I am back in Canada.
Now still waiting. What is the longest wait on this? Most people receive it in a week.

Hope all is getting ecopr shortly especially when they wait for so long for very basic last step...

Similar situation. 13 day later I could reply the first email and got the credentials right after I send the info. Submitted everything September 27th, it has been 45 days still no eCOPR. I raised webform this week got back an answer like their priority is now other issues but it doesn't mean that they are not processing my application, etc. (auto response). It looks like somebody has forgotten our files somewhere.

I received my eCOPR after 62 days.
I recommend replying New Credentials email in the beginning of the week if it takes you long to receive ecopr after you officially have invited and completed the steps. Good luck everyone.
