The main page of the e-CAS site is very clear, written intentionally so you can understand it. A typical microsoft EULA is the exact opposite.
If you bothered to actually read what I quoted above ("What happens to my information?") you'd know that all the tracker details are stored in a database on a server I manage. It is not stored on a personal computer. I would not be at all surprised if the server in question, at Hetzner, actually has better physical security than CIC's servers:
