I was just wondering if anyone else has has issues logging into e-cas? We have tried my spouses client ID number, receipt number, and immigration file number. None has worked. It is very frustrating. We have been in contact with CIC online services but for the past two months they just keep saying the are trying to find out what the problem is....URGH! So I have decided to ask here. Does anyone have any tips or have you encountered the same problem?
