I noticed on GCMS notes there are due dates for eligibility,security, criminilaty and for those whose application have been approved a COPR queue number has also been issued. Could the due dates and COPR queue number be the reason why some applications are processed faster and some others take longer?

@legalfalcon @caipsnotes any ideas?

Usually the due dates are system generated dates, that remind the officer of the pending application and don't have any relevance as such, unless they are manually entered for some specific purpose.

Many application are processed way before that and some keep pending way past that. If the due date has passed, a new day date will be entered.

Due dates aren't of much significance and wouldn't put much emphasis on it.

@legalfalcon

Under the CLIENT DETAILS section of GCMS notes I have a field as follows, "Security Date: 2025/05/30".

Do you know what this represents?
This is when the security screening is valid up to.

However, you will need to look closely at when it was completed.

You're a champ thanks!, My security completed once and has started again, according to CBSA notes. I guess this date relates to the first security
