check online status, if medical line is included in your status or not? medical line took approx. 2-3 weeks
after this it take 1 month, so approximately maximum of 2 months from the Medical date, subject to medical clearance. ur DMO can tell you if there is any problem in medical or not?

I got my MR, PCC and RPRF request couple of days back. Alhamdolillah. It was a long and tiring wait

Today, we had our Medicals done. Question: My wife's BP was 138/90. All else was fine. I am somewhat worried that this may cause problems with VO/CIC. Can anybody confirm with prior knowledge whether this is acceptable or will it pose problems for our application?

Also advise if we should email scanned copy of the RPRF, PCC and Medical receipt or should send by courier?

Need help... I am in a tricky situation!

As mentioned in my earlier post, I completed our Medicals, UAE PCC and paid the RPRF.
But my son who is living out of UAE has not even got appointment for medicals. He may get it in two weeks!

Question is what should i do? Should I send our PCC & RPRF receipt to my VO or should I wait for my son to complete his medicals?
If i send my documents now, will VO wait for his documents to arrive before touching my file? A bit confused here? Also worried about the 30 day deadline for submission? Kindly guide.

I have a tricky situation and really need your help. Very much appreciate it!

Something was wrong with my email account and I didn't receive the PPR email that was sent to me by London Office on 17 August 2015. I requested them again and finally they sent it again to me on 2 October. But in the letter (PDF file) says "Your application has reached the final stage of processing. You must now complete the following actions within 30 days of the date of this correspondence so that your permanent resident visa(s) can be issued."

BTW, I had got the Decision Made only last week on 26 September which is already weird as date of the PPR file as mentioned above says 17 August?!

On the CIC portal, they just updated the status my application today morning and just this morning I got the 6th line which says "We sent you correspondence on October 2, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

Question 1: I don't know when is the latest I can submit passports based is it 1 month from 17 August (which is already passed!) or 1 month from 2 October?
Question 2: for something really really urgent I need to travel in 3 weeks time which mean I need my passport - so is there a way to extend the submission date?
Question 3: how long does it usually take after submitting the passports to get them back from Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi?
Question 4: I live in Dubai. Is it better to submit the passports in person to Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi or do it through vfsglobal website - basically which one is faster?

I cannot extend my traveling day as that will create a huge personal issue for me.

- Any ideas how can extend the passport submission and for how long they will extend the submission?
- Also in the letter it says 4 weeks, but in reality and based on other cases does it actually take 4 weeks, I have provided all the documents and updates before, nothing really left - so it's just a matter of stamping the visa in the passport isn't it?

I mean, a letter stating that the reasons that you need urgent stamping of visa.

It is similar way, either you communicate CSE/Email to London visa office, requesting extension till you return and can send them proof of travel etc.
second, option that you submit passport at embassy with requesting letter, the reason that you need it urgently.

There is no hard and fast rule for this. This is suggestion which seems to be practical in my opinion. They are human and understand people situations.
