kindly write clearly which visa r u talking, is this uae visa, then which national are u?

i think u should put same as parants status in the same

because baby will ultimatly get the same status as parants.

in the note some where u can write the reason so that it will be clear to you.

I am an expatriate in Qatar (almost same law as UAE), babies born of expatriates have until 2 months to apply for a visa, they wont be a citizen of qatar but to that of their parents, so in the meantime, what will be the status of my baby?

is there anyone who is under SGVO?

Dear All,

I am a newbie as you can see :)

I have one very important question, I am an Egyptian citizen living in the United Arab Emirates,

I first wanted to ask: Would I be asked to submit my birth certificate and my marriage certificate as my wife will be coming to me as a souse?

Second, I also wanted to ask my birth certificate and my marriage certificate are both in arabic but stamped and attested from everywhere you can think of. Would CIC require me translate them both in to English? If so can I do that here in the UAE or do I have to go back to Egypt for this?

I really appreciate your help. Thank you all!!

Birth certificates are not needed anymore by CIC..
For legal translations, although I had my arabic MC translated legally from Dubai, I felt safer also getting it done from Canada, due to the strict requirements they have of notarizations, stamps etc... so I just sent a scanned copy of the arabic document to docsbase.ca... they translated, notarized, certified, stamped etc and sent me the scanned copy... still waiting for the original.

Dear newbie, all documents submitted to CIC must be either in english or french. Translate it with a legal translator. UAE has lots of dem but i will advice u use the one from canada (my opinion)
