sorry to say tht - First of all don't blive any agent 100% . if they have send ur application to CIO sydney, NS. thy wil have courier tracker. and if delivered, by this time u should have got ur 1st AOR. ur initial application has nothing to do with CHC London.
Now be cool and check whether CIO has encashed ur DD and on which date? if tht is done ur safe buddy, thn u can mail to them with all details.

Hello every one,,,
I am a new member in this forum, and I like it ..
Actually I would like to seek advice about my case if anyone can help me.
I did started my Canada immigration application, skilled labor category with a consultation company here in dubai, and signed my contract with them, initial application along with my bank draft cheque for application fees completed and dispatched to London office by them on 24th April 2010.
Till now I didn't get the 1st response of the file number and list of required documents and they keep telling me that a delay in processing happened from the processing office in London due to change of the immigration policy, but my application is received and we should just wait for the response which it is expected in the coming 2 weeks. And they keep repeat that every time I check with them.
I started to worry about it, anyone has similar situation.
Your advices are highly appreciated.

normally u should get the 1st AOR in 60-90 days. if ur DD is encashed on 20th Aug thn they will prepare the AOR after 6-7 days max. and it take another 2 weeks to reach us by mail.

now you can send email to thm showing the details tht the DD is encashed on 20th Aug and plzz give further progress. mail is always better thn calling thm

be cool buddy things wil be ok . but send email NOW.

What about dubai get togather on 30th october 2010 ! Is it confirmed ? what about timing, venue and other necessary details ?

Do we need to confirm ! Who is coordinating this whole event ?

actualy i contacted other two friends applied also from Dubai through PREMIERS agency before me and they are facing the same situation, we are arranging to meet all of us in 2 days in their offices and fight-on-site )
will check the bank and advice you guys ..

Initial application will go to Sydney, Canada base on the category you applied. Just check with your agent to where they have sent. You should get 1 AOR within 60-90 Days after
submission. Then in 1 AOR email they will ask you to send full document to London.

Just check with your agent, the courier they sent your application and Airway bill number, and check it on courier website online, to see your application is reached to the destination.

this is the excerpt from the check list

"SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: YOUR TRAVELS (IMM 5562)
Completed by:
•the principal applicant
•spouse or common-law partner
•each dependent child over the age of 18 years
You will find the form attached at the end of appendix A."

the gettogether is 100% confirm , i will co-ordinate with other senior members and fix up the time , i think 6pm will be fine coz 2-3 memebrs are coming from AUH and Al ain. date is OCT 30 sat. at Al ghurair food court. i will post the update with full details ,

it means now CHC london checking ur file again ONLY on the deadline date. ie my addt docu request letter date was 6th july 2010 and deadline was Oct 6th. and now thy issued medicals on Oct 8th.

So now no point we send the documents or anything immediately- thy will take ur file only on the tag date. this slows the process
