according to others it will take 3-10 days.. i submitted mine last sunday at AUH VO and hope to receive it by end of this week Have you submitted your passport as well?

same here. our pps were received last sunday, 23 Nov. hopefully we get it back this week. i keep on checking the aramex tracking but still inactive.

mine was delivered on 24th November.. they took 10-15 days mostly...

is it possible to advise if i need a medical with the belwo info .im running late as classes start in Jan ,so am applying w/o medicals as going by below and the CIC specifically saying 6 CONTINUOUS months .i will satisfy that i do not need one .also if i do need one - can i in upfront take one after submission . Many Thanks in advance

2014 - if you take from jan
jan1 - Apr20 - 3 months 20days - then back to india ,and returned 03may (in india basically for 2 weeks) and returned to dubai

if they take 12 months calc from NOV2013
then its nov1 - Apr 20- 5 months 20 days ,then like above Apr 20 - 03May in India and back

basically its not consecutive months - im also slightly confident because - this is my second application becuase i got rejected last week due to lack of funds ,not medical .so im reapplying with amt almost 215 k AED this time def more than they ask hopefully .Thanks again.

Hello,

You can get a birth confirmation letter from Indian Consulate here in Dubai on the
basis of your passport.

I had used it and it was accepted by CIC.

You can contact BLS International and they will guide you for this.

regarding funds, it should be atleast 3 or 6 months with you.

If they doubt that you have borrowed and showed the funds, they might reject it

I've submitted mine on November 3rd.. still didn't get it back.. tomorrow will mark exactly 4 weeks since they had the passport.. and will send an enquiry to the visa office if i don't see any activity by aramex.

Don't take consulate letter. I did same thing and sent it with application and received my file rejected after 3 months. After that I attached my SSC certificate and it was accepted.

Wow almost a month for petesilvo... but some got it back after 3 days. you cant really tell? i think after the prescribed period of 10 working days as written in the letter, we can start ff up right?

I am preparing my application for our family to migrate to Canada. We are going through an agent and he has asked us to prepare everything by December 31st. So I am sure I will have many questions from now until then and I am looking forward to all of your support.

First problem - My husband doesn't have a birth certificate as he was born at home in India. Does anyone know the easiest way to get this through the Indian embassy in Dubai?

just apply here in Dubai Indian consulate they will issue it in 3 working days.....

Dear Petesilvo , Pls specify which visa office did u specify ? if Passport was submitted in Abu-Dhabi visa office it will be out within 3 working days maximum . We have got within one week .

May be u must have specified wrong delivery address , u can try to track by awb number and see .
