Hi
Thanks for the reply but don't u think we'd be needing the original reference letters when applying for the jobs those are the only original letters I have and I wouldn't be able to go back again to get it

you would have to request for change in address only via 'secured login in eCAS and click on change of address'

Dear All,

I am planning to start my immigration process and will be able to submit my application earliest by 6-10 Dec. NOC I am planning to apply in is 2173. Whats your opinion experts, do I stand a chance or not.

Thanks!

December will be too late for NOC 2173. Current CAP is 392 which is latest for June 12th. You can take a call based on that and referring the FSW Global Spreadsheet.

You DO NOT need to provide your Letters of Reference in Original. Copy is all that CIC needs. This is very clearly mentioned in the Document Checklist. I advise you review it properly.

Hi thanks for the info,

Had anyone applied for immigiration by Premiers Immigiration Consultants? How was your experience with them?

Hi Talz,

My personal experience has been very bad with Premiers coz when you got to them
they will say you are qualified and you can migrate immediately but then once you
have registered then they start asking so many other things in details which they never
tell you in advance and then you are in a fix.

You have to sign a contract which is almost 20 pages long and there is no way you
can win with them incase you decide to cancel your file with them and want your
money back.

Better to go with somebody reputed maybe you will have to pay little more but
then don't have cry later on.

All the best!!

Hi Guys- Hope all is well.

I have a couple of queries- I know its kind of late-- But I have started my application for Immigration under the FSW. Sent my documents to WES for Assessment-

-I am applying under the 1112 NOS- And as of today it stands at 702 (with rapid obvious rapid increase every 10 days) The earliest I can apply would be the 5th of November. - Is this too late based on your experience?
-I worked in London as a Financial Analyst for 3 years under two different companies- but associated with each other (sort of like a group of companies) Both companies have now gone bust. I contacted them for a Work Experience Letter- But they said only the Liquidator can sign any documents now. Ofcourse I have various "letters" from them for Work and Visit Visa purposes, But no Work experience letter stating my job duties in detail. They said they can provide me with a letter from the liquidator. But probably not on my Company's Letterhead- How can I go about this-?
-Also, in few of the Visa Letters (for work travel) it says I was employed as an Associate- would this be an issue?

Many Thanks

Hi Viz

Thanks for the info, but I guess I have already enrolled with them.

Experience as of now is okay manageable as I've already submitted all the docs which they require and we are just waiting for ICAS approval.

We applying under NOS 0112 - HR MANAGER, as my wife's got her experience in the field along with her bachelors and masters

So hoping everything goes good, cause honestly I've seen that all immigiration consultants here are not upto the mark and do mess up simple cases.

I know premiers is not that gr8 but atleast it's old and recognized so jst hoping for the best.

Who did you end up going to for your immigiration if not with Premiers?

Hi TalzKhan,

Premiers are crooks. As Viz mentioned they are in a hurry for the payment and signing of the contract. After that they will just treat you like sh**. I applied through them in 2009 and my application was declined.

This time around, I am applying in person. The application is much simpler and the checklist ensures that your documents are all in place. I would recommend you to go for it without any consultant.

Dear Khan

kindly avoid this agency . they are big cheater . me and my brother in law have very bad experience with them

Mustafa

Hi Mustafa,

Thanks for the advice but how was your experience bad with them?

The reason why I am asking because all consultants in Dubai are frauds, ppl have mix reviews about each.

So it'd be gr8 to know your experiences so one can learn and be prepared

Thanks
