If you are planning to apply in the month of October for NOC 2174 then my honest assessment will be that the CAP would be over by then considering that it is at 662 and CIC has not even touched June yet.

Is there any other NOC (among the 50 eligible NOCs) that you think you would be able to apply under ?

Hello All,

This is the first time I am writing in this forum. I submitted my application to CIO for NOC 1224, that was received on Aug 27. Can the seniors please advice how much time will it take for getting AOR/PER?

I can see that the completed applications count on CIC website for NOC 1224 is 2, within a span of almost 3 weeks (from Aug 27).

Thanks & Regards.

The processing for August applications will not start before December this year based on current estimates.

You can expect your PER either in late Dec or early January.

Guys,
on the main FSW 2014 thread, a valuable member (forum name - ToCanadawithLove - unfortunately he got his file returned) has posted "Reason of Returns Letter" written by CIC to him. he has uploaded the whole letter.

This is the checklist which CIC use to verify whether our applications are complete or not (when they receive our applications at CIO -NOVA SCOTIA)

so i request to you (everyone) who is going to apply, please read this document carefully and make sure you do not make any mistake which is listed.

click on the image, it will become large.

please also pray for that member, may God help him to get success for his new application.

After reading the CIO comments, the application submitted was incomplete and returned but not rejected. He still has the opportunity to apply after providing the missing information in the application. Einsha-allah it will be accepted.

I received the PPR1 one week ago and already sent the required documents,( to LVO )
I applied in May 2010 and did the medical test in April 2013
the e case still show ( Medical test results have been received ) and it is case is " In process" as usual,
when I can get the " decision made " in my case? and the PPR2?
shall I start arrange my self to move to Canada? ( currently I'm living in Abu Dhabi)

any ideas please

Mustafa,

Congratulations Mustafa, Can you explain what you mean as PPR1 and PPR2 ? also did they not ask you for re-medical as medical is only valid for one year if I remember correctly.

Hi Indian APPLICANT,
they renew my medical test , I sent them an email in march 2013, and told them that my medical will expire within one month, they reply with renew my medical till April 2015

Hi Mustafa100 thanks for your reply. So you sent email to ADVO/LVO about the medical approaching expiry ? or to cPC ?
Also you have not told what you mean as PPR1 and PPR2 ?

Hi,

I sent an e mile to LVO,
and PPR! is Passport request 1
PPR2 is Passport request 2
you can ask the senior members about the time frame regarding PPR1 and PPR2,

thanks

You do not need to match the titles. As long as your Job description matches NOC 2171 - you should be fine.

Hi all,

I just want to ask about Generic Application form under #10 Current country of residence. What i will write there is it permanent resident? worker? or other? I have a residence visa here in dubai since 2 years under my company.

Hope somebody will understand what i mean.
