Hello all fellow Dubai Applicants..

I hope you can help me on my query below...

I read an article that says you can submit multiple applications if you are qualified for more than 1 eligible occupation, to increase your chances of immigration acceptance

I am indeed qualified to apply for 2 occupations, but I need to know how to prepare the other application if I am submitting all my original documents with the other one. Do I prepare a letter saying the original document is in the other application and have a certified true copy attached?

Also, when it says "copies" in the document checklist, this literally means just photocopies of the document, right? and not "certified true copies?"

I would appreciate any advice you can give to this please, as I am doing the application on my own without any help from any agency.

can someone tell me how to send the documents to wes from Dubai? they have given only the postal address but no tel no. No courier co.'s accept documents without contact no.

many say they have sent thru DHL/FedEX when i checked they refused to accept..

I already received my ECA result from WES so I got this number. I used DHL and initially entered my own mobile number there and they accepted it.

UPS is taking almost 1.5 day less than DHL and Fedex.

If I submit the documents by 8th June, it's reaching Sydney NS by 11th June 2 PM by UPS while DHL/Fedex will ship on 12th June EOD.

DHL and FedEx dont have express service to NS. They ll take standard shipping time; if you anyone else who can provide express service.

I've had my application delivered in 72 hrs - seemed reasonably quick.

on May 15,2014,Got reply from London Visa office that my application is still under review with an officer and I should be hearing from them SHORTLY,however they also mentioned that they extended my medicals which have just expired on May 10 ,2014 and now it is valid till May 2015.

it is been 23 days since they said shortly and no PPR yet,I am going with my wife and 3 kids,and we are now extremely worried if they will delay us more and then we have to suffer delays to school and settle in a bad weather of winter.
What do u think guys?Do u think they will again postpone us till next year and suffer again like the last 4 years of waiting or it is just a matter of days more?
we are really frustrated me ,wife and even kids ,all plans on hold and time is running fast. I have expressed to them clearly that I am well settled financially and passports renewed for 5 years and scanned copies were sent long time ago ?
I really have no clue what they are waiting for?????

There is no certainty in immigration so,do not put your current life on hold, get on with it. Worse case scenario, if you don't want to go in winter, it will only cost you air tickets to go for landing and return to Dubai for a while. Not sure what your financial stability and passport renewal will do to expedite the decision.

Hi there.

I have a little worry in my application. We all know that some expats here doesnt work of what is in their visa designation in the residence visa stamp. Like for instance, i work as marketing coordinator but in my visa is secretary. In my case, i have submitted my visa as proof of my residency.

But i am applying for noc of marketing professional occupation. I even have my business card attached and my employment certificate from my company.

But since i have my residence visa included in my application, would it affect my chance? As i know is contradicting. Can someone give me a feedback please?
