Well, I will tell you why. When he got G in Toronto, showed his RTA experience certificate. That fact is on central data base, how can he conceal that fact. It is my humble advise to all prospective immigrants not to conceal any fact from Canadian authorities at any level. That may always haunt you....just remember you have to be a Canadian citizen in future and at that time any slight discrepancy will render in unnecessary delay , even denial, of your citizenship application. I would further advise all to remember/keep a complete record of all informations you provided at the time of initial immigration application and all subsequent informations too.

I pray for everybody's success in getting Canadian immigration......regards

The case of your cousin is not the same as applying for a new Edmonton driving licence with foreign driving experience: http://www.servicealberta.gov.ab.ca/1671.cfm

As Alberta does not have a reciprocal DL exchange program with UAE, they do not exchange UAE licence for a Alberta one. What Alberta offers is to credit your foreign driving history to their record. This only gives exemption from mandatory class 7 licence and directly appearing for a class 5 test. They do not force you to take this exemption.

As your cousin already has a Toronto licence he does not need this exemption and will directly get whatever is the equivalent of G licence. That was my real question: Why is he applying for this exemption when he does not need it? No way was my comment about hiding facts from Canadian authorities.

Regards,

thank u so much coolguy2010. Should I make typed form from any typing documents shop?

Typing shops r available opp to police HQ.

U need to go via metro station on other side

If u have online form blank, go to typewriter directly. Or when u go to police station, they will give u the form and guide u

I would highly recommend that you apply online.

http://www.dubaipolice.gov.ae

Choose most used services and then select " Apply for Good Conduct Certificate"

I only had to go the CID office once, just to pick up the PCC.

Take the green line metro to Al Qiyadah station, CID office is the door marked reception as soon as you exit the Metro station.
