In my case my meds arrived while my uae was canceled becuz i was tranferering to a new company,the clinic didnt bother about that ,they just wanted to match the info with the meds info.

I have almost the same timeline a yours. 2nd AOR receive date 10th April 2012. So it is more than 9 months now

Few days back I got really nervous and sent my first email to CIC about the status. Their response was pretty quick within 2 days. But they really SALMMED me. "Please Do not Send us any emails for enquiry".

Now I am sitting like a turtle with his head in the shell.

Hello Jojiao, we haven't taken up any French tests for now. If I understand correctly, Quebec offers free French classes/ lessons to immigrants upon landing there. Also, we have tried taking the online preliminary assessment through their website and it said we met the requirements and may apply for a CSQ, but we're still weighing our options.

Dear Qorax,

The CHC has sent me an email recently explaining to us about SJTD( Single Journey Travel Document) as the canadian governtment does not recognize our passports as travel document and ask to send them our flight bookings. I am currently UAE resident, and I had some questions and advice.

Iam planning to do my landing in the summer and stay in canada untill we receive our PR cards then I would like to go back to UAE to finish some unfinished business and come back in 6 months to canada for good. However, I would like to know, once I enter canada

1. Can we leave and enter canada if we are holding PR card and passport which are not recognized by canadian goverment, OR do we need Certificate of identity document to travel outside canada

2. Normally How long it takes to issue certificate of identity document in Canada after we receive PR card

I would really appreciate if you could help me with this matter.
