Congrats to all who received good news and all the best for the rest, I have an issue guys and seeking your advice:
I have sent my medicals last September and the line: MEDICAL RECEIVED shows up last November 3, upto date I didn't receive PPR, My issue is that I sent an expired PCC and cover letter explaining that I have never been back to that country. now it's 2+ months that I have applied for new PCC but still waiting, am afraid that it's the reason my PPR is delayed, any similar experience, please advice me...

Jacky... i wonder whether you missed ur interview call.... i too had my first medicals last year (Nov).... waited for PPR till August 2011, sent a mail to London office and they replied that i had been selected for a QA interview. Its only then i realized the fact that i had missed my interview letter that they sent by post. thank god they sent me another one via email and i was able to attend the same. since my medicals are expiring, officer has promised me to send the med re do followed by PPR.

Thanks Sofia for the prompt reply, did you get update on your E-CAS that Medical has been received before they call you for interview, and what was the interview about??

Yes my Ecas was updated as soon as they received my first medicals and it still shows medicals have been received.

Interview was just a random quality assurance..... it was last month. verified all my original certificates and a few questions related to birth, marriage, education and job. took about 25 mts. very friendly and easy going officer. He promised us to wait for 3-4 weeks before i could receive my med re do.

buddy , i hope ur Agent will receive the PP b4 dec 19th. but same time if u don't receive b4 Dec 22nd then u can expect some delay

are u trying to take a DD or CAD in cash ?? if ur taking DD better and only place which issue DD is Al Fardhan Exchange

hi buddy

no cause for worries , u have send ur meds on Sep 2011. So ur PPR should come in 10 - 14 weeks from the date meds received.
