Hello, I have a simple question. With the new NOC out, how many years of experience does a Civil Engineer need in order to apply for canadian immigration?

is there anyone (dubai/uae applicants) who is willing to be an agent to get abu dhabi PCC or Good Conduct Certificate for me? I already sent the required documents like authenticated fingerprints, old and valid passport copies, previous abu dhabi visa copy to AUH police the other day via DHL. i'm stuck with the payment procedures. i'll bear all the costs for this.

dear try with the embaasy of uae in saudi arabai, else you can send yur docs to me in abud dhabi, but write me complete procedure. as long as i know no one can get police certificate until he has your authority letter. NEKEOL

thanks, coolguy and nekeol. i'll try what you mentioned. but is there a web page particularly about getting this certificate from saudi arabia? is this allowed even though i was not a resident in KSA?

fyi, uae embassy does not provide/give PCC.

U need to definitely take help of a member (who is in abu dhabi and willing to help)

Prepare a authority letter (after knowing the full name of person helping u)

Ask him to pay and collect on ur behalf

I don't know how much time has left for u for submitting PCC

3 working days...u need to visit dubai HQ near Almullah plaza between 7 to 2 (or 3)

i just noticed there's something wrong with their instructions. they should have mentioned enclosing also the required amount in cash in UAE dirham when sending the required documents.

print out this and show it to UAE embassy in riyadh....then they will understand

It is clearly given that finger prints to be taken in country of residence

You want to pay to WES for education assessment ?

Then you can pay by Credit Card.....Many of them have paid

Now the biggest prob i have is they r asking for sealed envelop . Now prob is tht university has closed.... Now i have done notary on all docs.... But what shud i do with this sealed envelope issue
