i have sent him a letter that am not owing him( with evidence) and he shld pls send the medical forms, find below is response
Dear xxxxxxxxxx,
Please understand that SEN Toronto has not yet received your medicals in the post.
These were sent in the post yesterday – 18 June 2012 from Accra, and should take 2-3 weeks time to reach our office. Today is 19 June 2012 and we have not yet received it.
Therefore, there is no blackmail of any sort. You are misunderstanding the whole issue.
Quote from CIC Email Below
Please complete medical examinations as per the instructions which were posted to you on 18-06-2012. For a list of accredited doctors, please consult http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx.
Also, please note that all the forms have to updated and validated, since all forms have been changed.
This is the standard process for all the clients who are getting approved from Nigeria and all other embassies.
This means that there is a lot of work which needs to be done all over again.
Thus is the need for the additional fees of CAD$1,000 to cover our costs.
Best wishes,
Sumit Sen
please advise .
thanks for the prompt solution

Most Probably,Yr MR will receive through Email..The thing is that yr representative should not be late to inform you about the medical dates..I am in AUH,VO is New Delhi so I will do my medical here in Abu Dhabi and it will be sent to New Delhi. In your case from AUH to London.
Keep checking frequently your PO box & consultant too..

Edmonta

I have contacted my consultant in India and they told me it will take at least 30-45 days before it reach them- then they'll send it to me here in AUH. 30 to 45 days????!!! Come on! dont have the right to be surprise yet since there's no guarantee of MR yet!LOL

Looking through the forum i read 2 new changes.
1st : 2 categories avaliable now
a: only applicants with a job offer letter can apply for FSW starting from July 2012 or
b: applicants who have enrolled in a doctoral (PhD) program.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp#factor5
2nd : complete freeze for FSW and investor program.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2012/2012-06-28.asp
Are both these new rules/changes in effect?
If the applicant has an job offer letter he/she can still apply for the FSW visa, right?
Thanks for the concrete answer buddy!! much appreciated!bijupv007 said:buddy

maroof said:Hi Everyone,
Today I have received a refusal letter with the rights to appeal from Canadian High Commision stating that I do not meet the residency requirement under the section of 130 (2) of the regulations as a canadian citizen and they are not satisfied with the commitment I have shown to start living in Canada after my kids have received their Permanent Residency.
I have been given a 30 days to file my appeal so could you please advise if it would be wise to appeal the decision or reapply in the future once again. I don't think it is fair in any way specially when there is an exception available in law for the Canadian citizens to appy for their family members without being in Canada.
Your help in this regards would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Maroof

For example, Egyptians will need a visa even if they remain in the arrival lounge of the airport without passing through immigration control and departing on another flight from the same airport
"From 3rd April 2012 Egyptian nationals will no longer benefit from the transit without visa arrangements when transiting through the UK"
