Today I was checking ecas status for my Canadian immigration under federal skilled worker category (NOC 1111). It is showing DECISION MADE and the following information is mentioned after clicking on it.

We received your application for permanent residence on April 6, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 9, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on June 15, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

After waiting for almost more than 3 years I am getting this respone. Feeling very bad.....

I request you all to please guide me in this matter.

I guess u might be referring to Nova scotia..They calculate points based on your claims, but its the VO who after assessing your documentation decides whether you can prove that you are eligible for those points ie points for education,work experience etc...

The best way to make an appeal, if IO is having an issue with your reference / experience letter such as mismatch of JD, is to bring new letter with more details and then contact VO. Hopefully this will help as one of my friend had done it a month ago and it worked.

I am currently looking for a job since the company fell apart due to recession...so if they call they will be no one there..what do i do

11th & 12th standard -2years

BA -3 years

MA -2 YEARS

SO TOTAL 17 YEARS . SO I CAN CLAIM 25 POINTS UNDER EDUCATION . AM I CORRECT ?
