I guess u might be referring to Nova scotia..They calculate points based on your claims, but its the VO who after assessing your documentation decides whether you can prove that you are eligible for those points ie points for education,work experience etc...

The best way to make an appeal, if IO is having an issue with your reference / experience letter such as mismatch of JD, is to bring new letter with more details and then contact VO. Hopefully this will help as one of my friend had done it a month ago and it worked.

so this could go both ways correct? either approve or reject?

will they start the verification process now?

I am currently looking for a job since the company fell apart due to recession...so if they call they will be no one there..what do i do

BA -3 years

MA -2 YEARS

SO TOTAL 17 YEARS . SO I CAN CLAIM 25 POINTS UNDER EDUCATION . AM I CORRECT ?
