Many thanks, Sunny,MASunny said:saad, you could argue this with VO and I hope that you should get 22 points. With this you will end up with 66 points.
But what about your 67th point?

Today I was checking ecas status for my Canadian immigration under federal skilled worker category (NOC 1111). It is showing DECISION MADE and the following information is mentioned after clicking on it.
We received your application for permanent residence on April 6, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 9, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 15, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
After waiting for almost more than 3 years I am getting this respone. Feeling very bad.....

Mr.Engineer said:BA or BSc + 16 years of education = 20 points
MA + 16 years of education = 22 points
MA or MPhil or PHd + 17 or above years of education = 25 points
so you achieve 20 points in education
in the case of experience you may have not submitted job description of your any job , so the officer have awarded you less points.
this refusal is usually due to the unawareness of the procedures. your lasts posts convinced me that you have not read the guide given on cic website .
Congrats. I am waiting for my passports back.auditor said:Hi frens,
