Not possible and this condition must be mentioned on the received COPR that you and all family members in your application must submit the Passports before such and such date to the Visa Office.cantor said:Have a query:
On receiving Passport request for 'PR VISA' stamping (COPR), can principal applicant's passport be sent in 1st lot, and other family members's passports sent in 2nd lot.
As other family members are travelling.
Is this allowed/possible.

Dears,
I need your advise. My wife applied for Canadian Immigration 4-5 years back in Dubai at NASC (North American Service Center). The last time we visited NASC was around 7 months back. They told us that our application was denied. If our application was denied, we need to get a refund right? at least for the AED 6,500 we gave them for the fee for 3 of us? The first time we visited them they asked AED10,000 at the same day for their fee. We gave them another AED 6,500 for the fee for me, my wife and our daughter. After few months, they told us they need a copy of our papers and each photocopy of our papers cost AED 50 X 40 papers = AED 2,000. We regret of not pushing them and I think they didn't even submitted our papers and was simply taking money. Is there a way to check if our application was applied? Please advise.
Thanks in advance.
HI....Ask for proof of delivery, if they dnt, then ask when the application was delivered.
Email CIO mentioning your name/passport number/DOB/Country of Birth and ask for status....if they reply that they cnt find your application, then take this email copy along with all the letters of your communication with consultant and log a complaint with Consumer Protection...
I got my money refunded in the same way... All the Best
Hi echoboxoneechoboxone said:Dears,
We got a reply from Central Intake Office that they are not the holder of our application and advice us to direct our email/enquiry to the Visa Office London.
Does this means that our application is not applied? We have a file number but we are not sure if our application is applied, we don't know the process. What is the email of Visa Office London?
Thank you in advance.
You can use Aramex to courier it if you are in UAE. There is no need to go through VFS.cantor said:Are passports to abudhabi be submitted to VO or VFS ??
Who will be quicker.
If your application includes dependents - you MUST submit all the passports together.cantor said:Have a query:

Your friend was requested to submit the medicals to Abu Dhabi VO ? Something doesn't seem right.vizsagar said:Dear All,
One of my very close friend who is also trying for migration was requested by Abu Dhabi VO to
submit medicals & submit police clearance certificates.
He finished his medical last month and it appears in the online system that medicals have been
received and submitted the police clearance paper work on 11/01/2015 as well.
I assume since online system shows that medicals have been received that means all is clear
for the medical part and it is updated in their system as well?
After submission of above documents and clearing the medicals how long does it take for VO to
ask candidate to submit their passports for stamping of visas or there are some more procedures
to finish before VO asks for submitting the visas for stamping of PR?
Appreciate if anyone help and assist with this request.
All the best & God bless !!!

Firstly - Medicals are directly uploaded by the examining clinics and Abu Dhabi does not process FSW Applications (it does undertake PR Stamping process though on behalf of other VISA offices).
My advice .... it is not viable to take stuff to Canada as general stuff is not very expensive there. Also, Electronics/electrical items used in the Gulf could not be used because of voltage difference.akbardxb said:Have accessed the forum after a long time !
