Dubai Applicant moving in January

Hello!

I will be applying for FSW from Dubai once my education evaluation report is ready. The visa center for Dubai is London, UK. The problem is I will be proceeding to USA/Canada for 1.5 years on a student visa in January.

Will my visa processing center change once I land in USA/Canada although I mentioned London visa center earlier? Then, should I download a different checklist of documents to submit (maybe the checklist for each visa center does not differ a lot)?

Also, my UAE residence visa will still be valid until 2015 as I will keep coming back to Dubai every 6 months. So should i still change VO later or keep it as London?
