my husband is from Portugal and is now a permanent resident in Canada. He has a valid license from Portugal, we are leaving for 2 weeks to Portugal in December. coming back in, will he be able to drive in Canada for up to 3 months?
Depends which province you are resident in as there are different rules, some for 60 days, some for 90 days. How long has he already been in Canada as a PR given not sure leaving for 2 weeks resets the time he has to apply for a Canadian licence.
