Yeah I guess it has nothing to do with time, as long as our profiles are submitted before Nov 23rd draw time! Let’s hope for the ITA sooner , all the best everyone .

Usually, it takes upto 24 hrs. But, you can wait for 48 hrs only if you were in the pool before the draw with a valid EE profile.
