I came across this link: https://www.immigroup.com/topics/how-call-citizenship-and-immigration-canada-outside-canada/. But it seems you have to be inside Canada to call the call center. I'm starting to give up on this draw and just hoping it works out in the next one.

Yes, this is frustrating and I am tired of waiting for an ITA. I hope well get picked in the next draw.
