I am still waiting. 469 CECIs there anyone who is still waiting for ITA?
If your PNP is paper based you can keep it. It will be canceled automatically once your EE is approved (but you need to understand you have to pay all fees again for EE). Or you can withdraw it now yourself. Completely up to you, no risks at all. You are allowed to have 2 applications as long as they are not in the same stream.By the way, I already sent a PR paper based to IRCC in Sydney and awaiting AOR, so do I have to withdraw it before applying CEC, or I can keep both at the same time? Any risks?
Please give me an advice, thank you.

Depends on the duration of your stay in that country when your PCC was generated. If it was generated when you were staying in that country for 6 months or more, then you can’t use it.For Police Clearance Certificate which is mandatory upfront. Can we use the one we have secured before leaving the previous country? (I.e, PCC dated April 7 and final exit is April 14).
I can get a new PCC from the embassy but will take 6 months to process.
or I can apply new one then submit the old with LOE?
Thanks for your reply. I have applied PCC and the covered date was from 2011 to April 7, 2018 dated April 12, 2018, then I left the country on April 14, 2018.Depends on the duration of your stay in that country when your PCC was generated. if it takes 6 months to get PCC, submit an LOE explicitly saying you’re impacted by service disruptions due to covid-19, your app won’t be rejected and IRCC will wait for the pending documents.
You can’t use that PCC, IRCC will reject your app as incomplete if you submit that. Thanks for your reply. I have applied PCC and the covered date was from 2011 to April 7, 2018 dated April 12, 2018, then I left the country on April 14, 2018.
6 months is the standard processing time. what should be the supporting documents with my LOE.
No, you can’t use any work experience while you’re on study permit. Canadian work experience starts on the day your brother has applied / waiting for his PGWP and started working.Hi Everyone,
Need your advice. My younger brother created a profile last year based on the fact that Co-op would be counted as valuable experience. At the time we did not realize this only applied to FSW and not CEC. We only just found out. His profile categorized him under CEC and not FSW with 320 points and so he was invited to apply for a PR.
He had a high school diploma, was in the university but had to drop out for a year as we couldn't meet up with the fees, he later went to a college and whilst in the college, he got a very good internship as an Engineer with a top company for 1 year. This is what we filled as his one year experience. The company later offered him a part time role for an additional 9 months and just recently offered him a full-time role upon his graduation from college in April.
So the question is should he go ahead and submit documents? He's about to apply for his work permit in April after his graduation.
Should he wait for a year before applying again?
Are they more concerned with the co-op experience with a cut off of 75?
Can we risk it?
I would be grateful for your opinions and advice. Thank you!
Give it some time, it will show up. For me, it took one whole day to see my application. Just be patient and ready your documentsI'm stuck in an endless loop.
