Hi Team,

As part of emp record document, I have to add foreign experience(which is of India) . I have one letter received from the HR 2 yrs back. can I use that letter for uploading or it has to be a recent one?
If it’s dated after you left the company, that’s okay to use.

I was transferred from the same company to Canada under Intra Company Transfer. The letter was issued after I was transferred.
Yes, after you left that company in the country where you’re from. Even if the company name is the same, it’s domiciled in different countries so is still considered as different entities. That’s fine to use.

Do you need noc, salary and working hours in the employer reference letter to claim foreign work experience?
NOC stated in the reference letter is not needed. Salary and working hours should be in. The IRCC’s requirements on reference letters / proof of work experience is the same regardless whether the work experience is foreign or Canadian.

Hello everyone, I need feedback thanks

Dec 23, 2020 - EE profile submitted to pool
Feb 13, 2021 - received ITA
Feb 24, 2021 - unfortunately declined ITA as I think I am not eligible on work experience (miscalculation)
Nov 26, 2021 - PGWP expiry date

Decision why I decline ITA:

Work 1: NOC B 3233
Part time
Nov 25, 2019-June 15, 2020
15 hrs/week, sometimes 30 hrs/week
as per calculation and payroll overall hours: 487.50 hrs

Work 2: NOC B 3233
Full time
June 24, 2020-present (Feb 25, 2021)
Even though I was hired fulltime I still have different hrs/week
Sometimes I get 22.5 hrs/week or 30 hrs/week
as per calculation and payroll overall hours: 956.5 hrs

Do you think when I get 1560 hrs then I can put my application to the pool?
Or I need to wait until June to get a proper 1 year full-time hrs?

Don’t decline your ITA. You have 90 days to submit your profile and from the looks of it, you’ll be able to complete your 1560 hours this month.

See recent tweet from IRCC: — you could probably quote this tweet and add an LOE that you submitted your application AFTER you completed your 1 year of Canadian work experience

Hello friends need some advice on Indian PCC. Please provide your insights.

I have initiated India PCC by sending documents to BLS Brampton office. My Indian Passport was issued in US and has California address on the last page.

My Indian Driving license and Aadhar card has an old city address where my parents were living earlier. Last year they shifted to a new city and living in a rented apartment, hence I have put their new address under “Permanent address in India” field in the PCC form.
Would it cause any problem in PCC? I don't think that I could use old address of my Indian DL for PCC purpose. Please suggest if anyone has come across such situation ? Thanks much.

Can someone please help me with regards to experience letter? I am an ICT working in Canada from 2018 (on active Payroll in India too). Have requested for an experience letter from my HR back home which they are ready to provide me. Since I am working here starting 2018, should the letter refelct my tenure with India company as Jan 2014 - April 2018 or Jan 2014 - Present? Any suggestions welcome.

India - Jan 2014 to April 2018
Canada - April 2018 to present — it is important that your work reference letters are in the Canadian office’s letter head + contact details as this is how you’ll prove your Canadian work experience. T4s and NOAs as well.

Must you provide paystubs for each and every month you worked for a single employer or just a couple slips will be fine for proving work experience? Also, what if I use only T4+reference letter as proof of work experience without paystubs? Anyone here with similar experience can share please? Thanks

Hello, I received ITA on Feb 13th. We are a family of four and I am the principal applicant. My husband and son don’t want to proceed with the PR application. Can I drop them and just apply for myself and daughter?

Thank you @NOC98. One more question, the letter that my India HR provided has this statement 'This letter is issued to the individual on PR Application process'. Hope this wont be of much concern.
