Draft in C$ from UK

Can we make a Canadian $ draft from UK if the money is in sterling. If yes than which bank or its same for every bank. I was expecting money from UK and to aviod different conversion i asked them to make a C$ draft and DHL it to me, but the bank told them they cant make C$ dollar draft as iam not having C$ account in canada.
Please advise

i did with Lloyds TSB.They charge around 20 quids.
