Hi all,
I am filling the form IMM5710E and have some questions! PLEASE help me!
1) Question #3 I am applying for one or more of the following - Should I choose the option: Initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit? The problem is that they say you cannot choose only this option. You should include A work permit with a new employer What should I do?
2) On the section COMING INTO CANADA. Question #4 If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent visitor record, study permit, work permit or temporary resident permit issued to you. Should I put the number of my current WP? In case of positive answer, where can I find it's number?
3) On the section: DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA. Should I leave blank questions #2 to #7??????
One last question: I entered Canada last time a few days ago through Pembina / Emerson (Land) and they didn't stamp my passport. On the docs checklist they require a copy of the stamp of the last entry on Canada. What should I do? Should I write a letter explaining this?
