guys when filling up the form IMM5710E, question 3 asking what I am applying for: should I choose work permit with same employer or a work permit with new employer?

If this is the first time you are applying for open work permit, select with a new employer.

If you already have an OWP and working with some employer, select with the same employer.

Agreed.. Since this is for bowp, use same employer
