Hi,
I've had my 3 years diploma and 4 years Bachelor's degree evaluated by WES.
Here is the summary:
CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)
CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS
1. Name on Credential: XXX
Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Year: 2011
Awarded By: Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education
Major/Specialization: Mechanical Engineering
Canadian Equivalency: Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years)
2. Name on Credential: XXX
Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Bachelor of Engineering
Year: 2015
Awarded By: Savitribai Phule Pune University
Status: Recognized Institution
Major/Specialization: Mechanical Engineering
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)
My query is regarding the diploma part.
In the 'education history' section of EE profile, what should I choose in the first 'Level of Education' field? I'm saying 'first' because there is another 'Level of Education (Canadian equivalent) shown on ECA' field at the end. Since it is 3 years diploma, can I choose "Bachelor' degree or 3 or more year program at university/college/trade/technical school" option?
Does the second 'Level of Education' (Canadian equivalent) field refer to the 'Canadian Equivalence Summary' mentioned at the start of ECA report [Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)]?
Any help/guidance is really appreciated.
TIA!
