No

If your husband's divorced is not finalized when marrying you, then you cannot be sponsored. That's even worse than having him not mentioning the previous marriages. You guys shouldn't have rushed the marriage to file the PR paperwork, instead you should've waited for the divorce to be final, then get married, then file the PR paperwork. Now you're just making it even worse for yourselves.

Maybe other senior members here can say if it's possible to withdraw the application, finalize the divorce, and then "re-marry" somehow, don't know if that will help.

In a previous quote they said that they hadnt sent the application in yet...

Yeah I just realized that, I read the first post at the beginning and thought she sent it already. But even they not sent it yet, the application will still be refused given that the husband's divorce wasn't finalized.

Do NOT send in your application until the divorce is finalized and you have the divorce paper. You will need to sent it with your application.

You can not apply for permanent residence status in Canada,
period...

Your marriage is not valid because he is not divorced yet...

You will need to fix all the problems that you created by rushing your marriage
knowing that he still married,

Get a good layer to arrange the situation with your marriage because its not valid...

He can not marry you while he is not divorce...

If you apply as is now it will be rejected by Immigration, because you married before he divorced...

If you are married now you will need to talk to a layer to get things in order...

Your situation is very messy now....

Will take some work of a layer to put things in order again.... and some money also.....

You better withdraw your application as soon as possible...

it will be rejected... better if you withdraw and apply again when things are in good order...

You don't need to have your application rejected....
and everybody will agree that it will be rejected....
