If the husband was married once, then not properly divorced and then married again, the second marriage will not be considered valid for CIC. If the man did not mention that he was previously married in the application then yes, it is misrepresentation.

Yes, the divorce is not final, until it is authorized by a judge, from what I understand.

Still with me my application not yet send to cic because my problem is my husband that have two marriage so now in my generic apllication i mention all that he have two marriage so that no case for me for misrepresantation its that correct
