Hello,

I recently lost my PR card when I was traveling. I received my invitation for the Oath which is 2 weeks from now. On the Canada.ca site "Prepare for the Citizenship Ceremony" page
one of the bullet point is:
  • permanent resident card if you have one (even if it’s expired) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM5292 or IMM5688)
So I am just checking if anyone had experience and had no issues when attending the Ceremony with COPR only? Or did it cause any issue since unable to provide a PR card?

In your oath invite email the PDF says the following

If your Permanent resident card was lost, stolen, destroyed or never received, contact us as soon as
possible, complete a Solemn Declaration form and return it to us at this e-mail address immediately
(and not at the Sydney, Nova Scotia address listed on the website).

So contact them with the solemn declaration form on the same email you received invite from
