Does U.S. Health Insurance Cover the Cost of Medicals?

Is there any circumstances one can think of in which a U.S. health insurance company would cover or reimburse for the cost of Canadian immigration medicals? This seems highly unlikely to me as it is not a "medically necessary" procedure. Anyone applying from the U.S. had their private insurance cover this expense?

All DMPs will tell you this that Private Health Care insurance will not cover such expense as Immigration related medical checkups costs. Unfortunately it is True.
