Does the LINK score have any expiry date?

My wife has link benchmark of 6 from the year 2008. Perhaps you would know that there is no certificate issued from 2008 to 2012 (certain period) for link benchmarks hence we are attaching a letter from the link centre that she has achieved this benchmark. It is also mentioned on the citizenship application form itself.

My worry is "Is there any expiry on the link benchmark ? or not? If there is such an expiry to Link score what is the time frame?"


Can anyone shed light on this situation?

Your wife will be able to use her LINC certificate for her English qualification level. There is no expire date on the certificate.

My wife took the LINC recently and got level 7 benchmark. She won't qualify for citizenship for another 3 years since the new rules will go into effect by the time she qualifies under the old rules.
