Does switching jobs hurt sponsorship application?

No impact at all. Once sa is received you dont need tp report changes

It will not impact your sponsorship application. This is not a job application. They don't care how often you switch jobs or which companies you work for or how your relationship with your boss.
Just make sure you provide an employment letter from your current employer. and provide as much accurate information as possible.
