My partner and i are currently beginning to apply through Express Entry. I have an step aunt and step cousins in Ontario and if we are successful we will be moving close to them. However, i am wondering if they would count in our total points if we can prove they're relatives through marriage certificates? Thanks!

CRS points are only given for siblings. So the answer to your question is no.
