does spouse in pakistan needs to fill out supplemenatry info form

hello guys
im being sponsored as wife from my husband in canada,i live in Pakistan and wanted to know few things

(1) do i have to fill the forms in imm 3907 given as to be filled by pakistani nationals ?
as i am a pakistani national do i have to fill it?
even though ive no kids and have not worked as most of questions are related to it ?
so do i have to fill this supplemenatary information form for pakistani national

(2) do have to fill residency questionaare too? and authoritization to disclose info?
plz reply urgently

If it says that the form must be filled out by Pakistani nationals, and you are a Pakistani national... That means you must fill out the form.
If you do not, you can expect your application to be returned as incomplete, or delayed while they wait for the documents that are required.

yea but for some reason i thought its not for spouse visa but some other immigration so i wanted to reconfirm?

Follow the instructions on the forms.
You have to fill out the Authorization to Disclose Information - Pakistan; the Residency Questionnaire; and the Supplementary Information Form for Pakistani Nationals.
You do not have to fill out the Education Background Work Experience Questionnaire, because that is for applicants who have dependent children over the age of 22.

You have to send ORIGINALS of all your diplomas from school. Just follow the guide, if it asks for it you MUST submit it. This guide 3907 is for Pakistani applicants and applies to spousal sponsorship.

If you can't fill them in on the computer, just print them and fill them in by pen.
